Prep & sandblasting, start to finish
Watch a memorial take shape — from masking the bare granite to blasting the design permanently into the stone.

A rubber stencil of the full design is applied to the polished granite.

Weed the design
Letters, dates, and artwork are carefully cut and peeled away by hand.

Sandblast deep
Fine abrasive is blasted through the openings, cutting the design deep into the stone.
